All programs provide service during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Basic Systems Maintenance: This program provides next-day response on any service calls. This service is specifically designed to provide help on important, but less essential, systems applications.

• Premium Systems Maintenance: For mission critical applications, this program provides a response within four (4) business hours of your initial service call.

• Special Bid: Full or part-time resident technicians, extended hours of coverage (including weekends and/or holidays), and unusual equipment requirements can all be incorporated into a customized service plan.
